4. Carrier Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You maintain valid operating authority
  • You comply with DOT and federal regulations
  • Your equipment is legally and operationally fit
  • You are responsible for your own insurance and compliance

5. Fees & Payments

  • Our service fee is a percentage per load (as agreed upon individually)
  • No upfront fees unless otherwise stated
  • Payment terms are defined in the service agreement
  • Fees are earned upon successful dispatch of freight

6. Limitation of Liability

Track TraceIt LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, brokers, or third parties
  • Loss of income due to market conditions
  • Equipment breakdowns or operational failures
  • Indirect or consequential damages

You use our services at your own business risk.

7. Independent Contractor Relationship

All carriers and drivers remain independent contractors.

Nothing in this agreement creates:

  • Employment relationship
  • Partnership
  • Joint venture

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Unsafe or non-compliant operations occur

9. Intellectual Property
